I was hesitant to buy another stitch book, but the "common usage" sections for each stitch are a total game-changer — I finally know where to place that tricky diagonal pattern. The diagrams are organized so well that I've already planned three projects straight from this book.

The stitch diagrams are so clear I stopped second-guessing where each one actually works best. I've already used three of the decorative stitches on a border sampler, and the usage notes saved me a lot of trial and error.

The diagrams in this one are so much clearer than the first volume, and I finally understand where to actually use those fancier stitches instead of just hoarding them in my stash. Spent a whole evening flipping through marking pages for my current canvas.
